WARRANTY / RETURNS - Customers have 30 days from the date of sale to return any non-electrical item that you are not happy with for any reason, no questions asked! Electrical items are NOT returnable. Items must be in the same condition as they were when shipped to you, THIS MEANS new, un-used, un-fueled, un-charged in original packaging to qualify as a return. Buyer responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping / packaging errors on our part will be refunded plus your return shipping cost. Qualifying returns will be processed and refunds paid upon inspection/acceptance of returned item within 7 business days. Any upgraded shipping costs buyer chose as part of their original purchase are not refundable, such as Overnight, Express, 2 Day Air, etc. Due to the nature of the hobby, Xtreme Enterprises USA, Inc offers NO warranty on any items.
RESTOCKING FEE - A 20% Re-Stocking fee is deducted from all return refunds. This is non-negotiable and applies to all voluntary returns regardless of circumstances. Restocking fee is NOT applied in the event of a shipment error or mistake on the part of Xtreme.
